At the event, vendors and industrialists discussed the introduction of modern technologies in gold mining. Konstantin Kuchumov, CEO of ZYFRA Asia, gave examples of the impact of digital solutions on the economy of enterprises: the percentage of increase in the productivity of mining transport, the amount of savings on fuel, reduction of equipment operation costs.

With the help of computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies, it is possible to achieve significant optimization of the operation of crushing and processing plants. Another solution based on artificial intelligence, digital advisor, reduces the period of operation of an arc steelmaking furnace under current with full compliance with all requirements for the quality of the intermediate product.

"The introduction of digital products at gold mining enterprises allows not only to increase their productivity here and now, but also significantly reduces costs. These are not empty words — the real effect of the introduction of our products has been confirmed by customers based on the results of completed projects," Konstantin Kuchumov stressed.

They allow you to manage drilling and blasting operations, monitor ore flow, conduct remote diagnostics of equipment, continuously monitor tire wear of mining vehicles, road surface quality, and even monitor the physical condition of drivers, control fatigue and prevent collisions.

In conclusion, Konstantin Kuchumov recalled that ZYFRA was the first in the CIS to introduce autonomous dump trucks. In the first 2.5 months alone, they worked 2,500 hours and transported over 500 thousand tons of ore. The use of robotic mining equipment from any manufacturer compatible with any dispatching system and gives an increase in the productivity of the dump truck fleet up to 22%.

The meeting was organized on the initiative of the Association of Precious Metals Producers "Dragmet" and the Autonomous Cluster Fund "Park of Innovative Technologies" (Tech Garden).
