LLP “Center for Technological Development of Mining and Metallurgical Complex (MMC)” was created in cooperation with ACF “PIT” (Tech Garden) with JSC “VIST Group”, part of the GC “Digital” (RF), in order to promote advanced methods and technologies of training, management, efficiency improvement at industrial enterprises of Kazakhstan.

Tasks of the center:

The center was created for the complex solution of tasks for the development of human capital of the industrial sector of the economy of Kazakhstan. The Center provides full cycle educational services from assessing the personnel potential of enterprises to training specialists in programs that have passed international certification.

Center opportunities:

It is necessary to constantly invest in the development of human capital in order to keep up with industrial trends.

Kaizen, 6 sigma, quality management, optimization of production processes, courses on trends and trends in digitalization, project management, artificial intelligence, product management, AR/VR.

Top management training

Organizing and conducting trainings on strategic, innovative, operational, financial management and change management.

Line management training

Organizing and conducting trainings on digital literacy, operational management, quality management, time management, KPI implementation, risk management.

Launch of the online workshop “Digital Mining Enterprise. Kazakhstan”

The first free online workshop “Digital Mining Enterprise. Kazakhstan” allows you to get a full fledged information about the entire digital ecosystem of the modern mining industry — from the overview of key technologies, classes of digital products and to the basic concepts of data-based management. The course was created by the autonomous cluster fund “Park of Innovative Technologies” Tech Garden and the company ZYFRA Asia with the participation of the largest subsoil users, educational institutions and developers of digital technologies from Kazakhstan, Europe and Russia.
