AK Altynalmas JSC won the prestigious OEE Award

JSC “AK Altynalmas” became the winner of the prestigious OEE Award, which was presented on December 6 in Moscow within the framework of the international conference and industrial marathon “Effective Production 4.0”.

The OEE Award is the first executive award awarded annually for excellence in efficient manufacturing. Among 100 enterprises of the CIS and Russia, AK Altynalmas JSC won the first prize in the Predictive Service and Equipment Repair nomination for the Digital Mine project. In total, one winner was determined in 7 nominations. This event has been held for the 4th year and is of key importance for the industry. It is important for professionals who do not just talk about digitalization, but do it themselves.

JSC “AK Altynalmas” is one of seven model factories selected by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to demonstrate the benefits of digital technologies for the entire mining and metallurgical industry of the country.

Part of the tasks for digitalization of the enterprise was carried out by the Center for Technological Development “Intellisense-LAB”, created by Tech Garden together with the English company IntelliSense.io with the aim of introducing Industry 4.0 at the enterprises of Kazakhstan. In particular, the laboratory carried out work for the Aktogay gold recovery plant. Now in Kazakhstan, the use of artificial intelligence technologies on the brains.app platform makes it possible to predict the level of ball loading and wear of internal linings, as well as prevent overloading of the mill complex, which leads to an increase in the transparency of the process and a decrease in mill downtime.
