For the first time on the SIMP site — international exchange of experience

PJSC Transneft, a Russian oil pipeline company, operator of trunk oil pipelines and oil product pipelines, shared its experience of introducing elements of Industry 4.0 with the Kazakh national oil company JSC NC KazMunayGas.

The national oil production operator has set before our fund the task of increasing the reliability and integrity of technological and power equipment, as well as trunk and infield pipelines. The solution to a similar problem for Transneft was recently jointly implemented by two SIMP resident companies — Prosoft-Systems and DS Group. Technical specialists of the Russian oil pipeline company shared with their Kazakh colleagues the results obtained from the introduction of innovative technologies.

A local exchange of experience on the implementation of Industry 4.0 elements has already been held at the SIMP site for enterprises operating in the mining and metallurgical complex. The management of AK Altynalmas JSC shared its experience in digitalization of technological processes with the management of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC and Polymetal Eurasia LLP.

The international exchange of experience between PJSC Transneft and JSC NC KazMunayGas took place as part of the technological marathon for portfolio companies Samruk-Kazyna JSC, which started in early March and continues now.
