Tech Garden announces the launch of a marathon of technological solutions for subsidiaries of Samruk-Kazyna JSC

This big joint work will go on throughout March.

The marathon was opened by a two-day workout of technological tasks provided by the operator of the unified electric power system of Kazakhstan — KEGOC.

The marathon is held on the Smart Industry Management Platform. The main task of SIMP is to form an ecosystem to support industrial enterprises, including subsoil users, in their accelerated transition to the introduction of elements of Industry 4.0. Alfiya Ilaeva, Director of the Digital Transformation Department, told the participants of the marathon about the platform's capabilities.

The essence of the marathon is to select the most optimal and ready-to-implement technologies for solving the problems set by industrial companies.

For example, KEGOC provided the following tasks:
— voltage stabilization in the Northern zone of the UES: solutions for providing dynamic compensation were presented by the resident of SIMP, Siemens Energy;
— the use of BIM technologies in investment and construction projects: the creation of a digital model of power grids using a software package and its implementation in the digital activities of an energy company was provided by two participants: the center for technological development "BIM + Lab" (Tech Garden) and the "Automation in the energy" department of Siemens (SIMP resident);
— analysis of production processes in order to optimize them: ERP, MRPII, MES, APS, EAM, RCMII technologies were presented by a SIMP resident, IT-Enterprise.

The next stage of the marathon will be held to solve technological problems of JSC "NC" KazMunayGas ".
