Optimization of the flotation cycle using Scientific Artificial Intelligence

Technology Center of Tech Garden — IntelliSense-LAB — held a presentation of a solution for optimizing the flotation cycle.

The solution allows you to track the properties of materials throughout the cycle, increase metal extraction, increase the yield of concentrate with a given metal content and optimize reagent costs.

The company’s solutions for optimizing the production processes of the mining industry have been implemented in the largest enterprises of the world and Kazakhstan, such as Antofagasta Minerals, BHP, Anglo American, Image Resources, Lynas, JSC “AK Altynalmas”, etc.

The presentation of the technological solution took place at the site of the Mining and Metallurgy Congress Astana Mining and Metallurgy 2022.
