Autonomous cluster fund “Park of innovative technologies”, acting under the brand Tech Garden, headed by Baurzhan Kankin

The appointment order was signed by the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin.

Zhaslan Madiyev, First Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced the new head to the park staff.

Baurzhan Kankin, born in 1987, a native of the city of Ekibastuz, a graduate of the University. Suleiman Demirel. Prior to his appointment as the General Director of ACF “PIT”, he worked as the Chairman of the Board of JSC “SPK Shymkent”.

Baurzhan Kankin began his career as a banking specialist at ABN-AMRO Bank Kazakhstan JSC in Almaty. After that he worked in various positions in Kazakhstani and foreign companies, such as Deloitte, Temir Bank, Arcelor Mittal Steel, Development Bank of Kazakhstan, Union Bancaire Privee (Geneva), MFC Astana, “SPK Astana”, Calatrava Grace Corporation (Dubai).

As a reminder, Askar Sembin previously held the position of General Director of the Autonomous Cluster Fund “Park of Innovative Technologies”.
