First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development — Zhaslan Madiev — visited AKF Tech Garden as part of a working trip to Almaty

The purpose of the meeting is to get acquainted with the activities of the Foundation.

The delegation also visited Tech Garden:
— Amanzholov Almaz, deputy. prev. AIFC Business Connect;
— Maksat Koshumbaev, AIFC Business Connect Department Director;
— Kairbekov Ulan, head of the National Analytical Center;
— Seilkhanov Gaziz, Advisor to the First Vice-Minister of the ICRIAP RK;
— Madiev Magzhan, CEO of Astana Hub;
— Rakhymzhanov Dauren, director of the department corp. management of ICRIAP RK.

The Tech Garden management demonstrated to the First Vice Minister of the ICRIAP RK the Smart Industry Management Platform (SIMP), a digital technological platform that brings together IT companies and industrial enterprises to implement elements of Industry 4.0. The General Director of the Fund, Askar Sembin, presented the platform modules, including:
— Smart Store — a supermarket of the best IT, engineering or innovative solutions and relevant technological tasks from industrial enterprises;
— a unified information and analytical platform QazR&D, created using Blockchain technology for organizing and holding competitions for financing innovative projects by subsoil users;
— the educational module Digital Competence, which contains the best tools for learning in the areas of Industry 4.0.

The visit ended with an acquaintance with the Tech Garden technology centers. Digital Industry Center IntelliSense-LAB, BIM+ Laboratory, Center for Intelligent Systems Blockchain & Big Data Lab, Center for New Materials and Additive Technologies and Educational Center Industrial Development Center acquainted the First Vice Minister of the ICRIAP RK with the activities, tools, cases and results of work with industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
