Technological audit of production processes at industrial enterprises of Kazakhstan

The Autonomous cluster fund “Park of Innovative Technologies”, acting under the brand Tech Garden, signed a tripartite agreement to conduct a pilot technological audit.

The agreement was signed with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan with the production company TC Metacon LLP and integrator Meta Robotics LLP in order to promote industrial robots at enterprises of the industrial sector of Kazakhstan, as well as to increase the depth of penetration of robotics in the country.

A pilot technological audit will be conducted at the enterprise of TC Metacon LLP in order to determine the possibilities of its robotization.
In the near future, we will witness the mass introduction of robots into the global economy in both consumer and industrial spheres. This process is called robonomics. The emergence of robonomics will have a huge impact on the economic system. Those countries that will be the first to switch to robonomics will form the next technological order, set fundamentally new boundaries in terms of production efficiency, labor safety, accuracy, speed and complexity of technological operations, real-time monitoring and control, accumulation and analysis of big data, etc.

It should be noted that according to a study conducted by the BNS ASPIR RK, only 98 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises used robotics in Kazakhstan in 2021.

Thanks to the technological audit, enterprises of Kazakhstan in the future will be able to robotize their processes, significantly improve production safety, reduce production costs, reduce dependence on the human factor, reduce production defects and increase productivity. Tech Garden specialists will compile a matrix for the pilot enterprise of TC Metacon LLP, as well as prepare draft projects for implementation in production with further scaling.
